We built an AI-powered chatbot that guides visitors through communities, answers questions about amenities and availability, captures lead information, and logs conversations to Airtable — all with session isolation so each prospect gets a personalized experience.

Nonprofit redesign — accessibility, safety, and speed
turningpointdvs.comTurning Point serves survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and their old site was working against them — every page shipped without an <h1>, the donate form had four unlabeled inputs, and the wish-list contact address bounced. We rebuilt all 20 pages at their existing URLs, kept the content, and fixed the foundation: axe-core reports 0 violations across 23 routes and structural SEO passes on all of them. The safety features got a real upgrade too — an Exit Site button that also clears browser history, a double-Esc keyboard escape, the 24/7 hotline pinned in a tap-to-call header, and a new internet-safety page. Editors get structured content types, so updating the board or posting a job is editing a list entry instead of wrestling a page builder.

WordPress migration with an AI answer box
nature-west.comNature West produces specialty plant compounds for drug discovery and research. Their site was an aging WordPress theme with duplicated permalinks, dead links, and heavy embeds tanking mobile performance. We crawled all 19 pages, restructured them into clean routes instead of a raw dump, carried the brand across intact, and rebuilt on a static architecture: 0 accessibility violations, an average SEO score of 98, and 96 mobile / 100 desktop on performance. On top of it sits an AI answer box — ask a question in plain language and it answers from the site's own content, with citations, instead of returning a list of blue links.
